Terms of Service

1. Who we are

My Bookiy is a booking-link platform owned and operated by Green Team Market Services LLC, an Ohio limited liability company based in the United States ("My Bookiy," "we," "us," or "our"). The service is made available worldwide. By creating an account, sharing your link, sending or accepting a booking request, or otherwise using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use My Bookiy.

2. What My Bookiy does

My Bookiy gives independent service providers ("Owners") a personal link (mybookiy.com/yourname) where customers ("Customers") can request bookings, share details, message, and — when the Owner enables it — pay online through Stripe. My Bookiy is a tool that connects Owners and Customers. We are not a party to any booking, contract, or service performed between them.

3. Free to use, fee on online payments

My Bookiy is free to create an account, build your page, and accept booking requests. We only charge when money moves online through our platform:

• Online payments via Stripe: My Bookiy keeps a 5% platform fee. Stripe's own processing fees are separate and charged by Stripe.
• In-person payments (Cash, Cash App, Zelle, Venmo, card in person): always free. My Bookiy does not process or hold this money and charges no fee.

Fees may be changed with reasonable notice posted in-app or by email.

4. Accounts & eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract. You are responsible for the accuracy of your information, for keeping your password secure, and for all activity on your account. We may require email verification and may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.

5. Owner responsibilities

Owners set their own services, prices, policies, deposits, taxes, and cancellation rules. Owners are solely responsible for: performing the booked service, complying with all licenses and laws (including tax, consumer-protection, and health/safety rules) in their jurisdiction, handling refunds and disputes with Customers, and the truthfulness of everything posted on their page.

6. Customer responsibilities

Customers agree to provide accurate information, to honor scheduled bookings, and to pay according to the Owner's posted policy. Disputes about a service are between the Customer and the Owner.

7. Payments, refunds & cancellations

Online payments are processed by Stripe under Stripe's own terms. Funds from online payments are paid out to the Owner's connected bank account, less the 5% My Bookiy fee and Stripe's processing fees.

• Owner cancels or auto-conflict cancellation: the Customer is refunded 100%, including the 5% My Bookiy fee.
• Customer cancels: the refund follows the Owner's policy; the 5% My Bookiy fee is non-refundable.
• Stripe processing fees are governed by Stripe and may not be refundable.

8. Acceptable use

You may not use My Bookiy to offer or facilitate anything illegal, fraudulent, harmful, hateful, sexually explicit, or that infringes someone else's rights. We may remove content or suspend accounts at our discretion for any violation.

9. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, My Bookiy disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, My Bookiy is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or revenues, arising out of or related to the service or any booking. Our total aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the greater of (a) the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) US$100.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold My Bookiy harmless from any claim, loss, or expense arising from your use of the service, your bookings, your content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

12. International use

My Bookiy is operated from Ohio, USA. We make the service available worldwide, but you are responsible for complying with the laws of your own country and for any taxes or regulations that apply to you.

13. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute that is not resolved informally will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Ohio, and you consent to that jurisdiction.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
