1. Who we are

My Bookiy is a booking-link platform owned and operated by Green Team Market Services LLC, an Ohio limited liability company based in the United States, and made available worldwide. In this policy, "My Bookiy," "we," "us," and "our" refer to Green Team Market Services LLC. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your choices.

2. What we collect

• Account info: email, password (hashed), optional phone number, business profile, avatar, services, and policies.
• Booking info: requests, messages, photos, status, and timestamps you and your customers create.
• Payment info: handled by Stripe. We receive payment status, amounts, and identifiers — never full card numbers.
• Technical info: basic logs, device/browser type, and approximate location for security and reliability.

3. How we use it

• Operate the booking link, dashboard, messaging, and payments.
• Send transactional notifications (booking, cancellation, refund) by email and, when available, SMS.
• Prevent fraud and abuse, and meet legal obligations.
• Improve the service.

We do not sell your personal information.

4. Sharing

• Between Owner and Customer: booking details, messages, and contact info needed to fulfill the booking.
• Service providers: Stripe (payments), email/SMS providers, hosting and database providers, analytics — bound by their own terms.
• Legal: when required by law or to protect rights and safety.

5. Retention

We keep account, booking, and financial records as long as needed to provide the service and to meet tax, accounting, and legal requirements.

Records kept after account deletion. When you delete your account, we archive a record of the account for legal, tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, and dispute-resolution purposes. The archive includes: business and contact information, services, bookings, transaction details (amounts, fees, refunds, Stripe payment identifiers), messages exchanged through the platform, payout method labels, availability, blocked dates, and any legal documents you published. The archive is access-restricted to authorized personnel only and is not visible to other users.

What is NOT kept: passwords (only ever stored hashed and deleted with your login), full payment card numbers, full bank account numbers, government IDs, and SSNs — these are never stored by My Bookiy in the first place; payment and payout details are tokenized by Stripe.

Where applicable law gives you a right to erasure (e.g., GDPR, certain US state laws), you may contact us to request deletion of the archived record; we will honor the request to the extent it does not conflict with our legal record-keeping obligations.

6. Your choices

You can edit your profile, services, and policies at any time, and request account deletion from your dashboard. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights (access, correction, deletion, portability, opt-out) under laws like GDPR or US state privacy laws — contact us to exercise them.

7. International transfers

My Bookiy is operated from the United States. If you use the service from outside the US, your information will be processed in the US and other countries where our providers operate.

8. Security

We use industry-standard safeguards including encryption in transit, authenticated access, and least-privilege controls. No system is perfectly secure; please use a strong, unique password.

9. Children

My Bookiy is not intended for people under 18. Do not use the service if you are under 18.

10. Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be communicated in-app or by email.
